The Merles have a bunch of gigs in August. All of them are around Brooklyn.

- Saturday, August 13th at Lillie's - 8:00 pm
The Merles are a honky-tonk cover band who play classic tunes by Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Lefty Frizzel, Bob Wills etc... with Todd Deatherage- vocals, acoustic guitar; Eric Dunst- Lead guitar, lap steel; Joel Layton- snare drum and Ayan Pal- upright bass.
